The Clinical Counsellors Association was formed on the 18th August 2000 and has 30/40 members. The Association was formed out of a desire for the practicing Certified Clinical Counsellors of the Australian Counselling Association to network together to address their own unique concerns and to form an alliance with PACFA through establishing and maintaining Member Association status with that body, while still maintaining their wider links with the ACA.

This makes the CCA unique in Australia, it being the only association linked to both of these major representative bodies and therefore being able to be involved in decision making processes that effect the Counselling profession as a whole.

Endorsement Details: All MHA courses and videos are endorsed by the Clinical Counsellors Association.
