Five major clinical supervision models and one supervisory videotaping method are presented live in this video: developmental, integrated, interpersonal process recall, psychodynamic, and microskills. Portions of a graduate students counseling interview are shown, and then Dr. Lori Russell-Chapin (Professor of Education, Department of Educational Leadership and Human Development, Bradley University) supervises the session from these five distinct supervision approaches. The student obtains useful feedback from each model and comes to realize that there are multiple ways to interpret the counseling interview depending on supervisory questions and interview needs.
