This video workshop overviews the skills and knowledge required to use advanced interpersonal communication skills to facilitate the client-counsellor relationship in a counselling session. This workshop is divided into three sections: How to Communicate Effectively; Specific Communication (micro-counselling) Skills and; Stages of an Interview.
