Introduction to Systemic & Family Constellations

In this course, Jon Unal explains how a systemic lens reveals hidden family and organisational dynamics shaping client presentations. Through stories, demonstrations, and guided practices, he introduces the “Orders of Love”, phenomenological facilitation, and simple tools you can integrate into clinical work to translate systemic insights into therapeutic change.

About this course

In this course, executive leadership & team coach John Unal, a trained psychotherapist, introduces the foundations of systemic and family constellations: why zooming out matters, how representatives and the “knowing field” surface unseen loyalties, and how Hellinger’s Orders of Love organise healthy bonds. You’ll see clinical implications (e.g., entanglements, exclusions, and transgenerational patterns), practice a lineage visualisation, and learn low-risk ways to bring systemic tools into sessions. The result is a grounded, embodied method for moving beyond symptom management toward root-level shifts in clients and their relationships.
