About this course

In this course, therapist and neuroscience-informed trainer Ana Lund, in collaboration with Dr. Pascal Vrticka, introduces a step-by-step clinical toolbox for working with avoidant attachment. Drawing from the Relational Neuroscience of Attachment (ReNAT) framework, the course explores the neural and behavioural signatures of avoidant attachment and how they manifest in therapy. Participants will learn how to tailor interventions based on the client’s cognitive-emotional balance, use relational entry points strategically, and slowly build interoceptive and emotional awareness. This course offers real-world insights and techniques for deepening therapeutic engagement with clients who struggle to connect, trust, or express vulnerability.

This course is the third of a five-part series on this topic.
