In this course, clinical psychologist Dr. Dan Tomasulo (Ph.D., TEP, MFA, MAPP; Academic Director and Core Faculty Member, Spirituality Mind-Body Institute, Teachers College, Columbia University, NYC, NY) introduces the science and spirituality of resilience. Building on the work of Dr. Lisa Miller and his own research, Dr. Tomasulo explains how spiritual engagement rewires the brain, strengthens character, and enhances inner peace. <br><br>The course explores brain-based evidence for the protective benefits of altruism, meditation, and purpose-driven living.
