<p>Anita Geary is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, Registered Counsellor, and Founder of <i>Insight Therapies Counselling and Consultancy</i>, a multidisciplinary mental health practice based in regional Australia. With over a decade of experience in the health and community sectors, Anita specialises in trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming care for children, families, and adults navigating complex trauma, systemic involvement, and disrupted relationships. </p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Anita is nationally recognised for her contributions to the ethical development of <i>Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT) </i> in clinical practice.
