Clinical Mental Health Track at the University of Colorado Denver


<p>Diandra A. Walker works in the athletic department at the University of Colorado, Boulder as a Clinical Administrative Specialist in the Psychological Health and Performance department. She is passionate about working with collegiate athletes on mental health and mental performance, while also working with student-athletes of Colour on their college transition and finding community.</p>

Expert Bio

<p>Diandra completed a master’s degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Psychology and Motor Behaviour. While at Tennessee, she was a graduate research assistant in the Office of Multicultural Student Life, where she co-advised student groups, co-taught an upper-level psychology course, and created a mental health initiative for students of Colour. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees from the University of Dayton in Exercise Science and Psychology.</p><br> <p>Her research passions include Black women, sports and social justice.</p>
