<p>Martina McGrath is a lived experience early career researcher in her final year of completing a Ph.D. at the Centre for Mental Health and Community Wellbeing, School of Population and Global Health, the University of Melbourne. Martina's research project aims to understand suicidality disclosure in workplaces. </p> <p>Martina has worked in a variety of lived experience leadership roles, primarily in suicide prevention and mental health – both in Australia & internationally.</p> <p>Martina also works as a lived experience research consultant. Martina is interested in projects that focus on health promotion and equity. </p><p>Prior to entering the lived experience workforce, Martina worked in senior leadership roles as an and Acting Captain in the Australian Army's Education Corp, as well as senior roles in the corporate sector in workplace health and safety and human resource management.</p>
