<p>Michelle Frantzi Karan is a registered psychotherapist with the European and Pancyprian Association of Psychotherapists. She specialises in systemic family psychotherapy, working with families, couples, adults, and adolescents. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Applied Counselling Psychology and is a graduate of the Systemic Institute of Cyprus. She brings over a decade of experience as a university lecturer and practicum coordinator for a Master’s program in Counselling, enriching her practice with academic expertise and a strong foundation in applied psychology.</p> <p> </p> <p>Since 2010, Michelle has been in private practice, supporting adults, teenagers, families, and couples dealing with various psychological challenges and communication difficulties. Her professional background also includes work in psychiatric clinics and rehabilitation centres, where she provided care for individuals with severe psychiatric diagnoses and supported their families.</p> <p> </p> <p>Michelle’s ambition is to create a supportive and professional environment that empowers individuals, fosters positive belief systems, and encourages personal growth. She has been managing her private psychotherapy practice, <em>Journey to Talk</em>, in Limassol, Cyprus, since 2010, offering both in-person and online appointments.</p> <p> </p> <p>In addition to her psychotherapy practice, <em>Journey to Talk</em> serves as the regional office for the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC) and operates as the master franchise for the <em>Brainobrain</em> skill development program in Cyprus, which supports children aged 5–14 in developing essential life skills.</p>
