<p>Sarah is a suicide prevention consultant with extensive experience in acute child and adolescent mental health. With a nursing background and a Master&rsquo;s degree in the field, she has worked as a CAMHS Clinical Nurse Consultant across community, NGO, and inpatient settings, with a primary focus on suicide assessment, management, and prevention.</p> <br/> <p>She is deeply committed to suicide prevention and the value of lived experience. As Senior Suicide Prevention Coordinator with Gold Coast CYMHS (QLD), Sarah held a dual role that combined direct clinical care for suicidal children, young people, and their families with the implementation of suicide prevention strategies across the health service.</p> <br/> <p>Now working interstate, Sarah supports organisations to drive systemic change, strengthen suicide prevention responses, and promote high standards of care for children, young people, and their families presenting with suicidality&mdash;while also providing support to the staff working alongside them.</p>
