About this course
This is the last of a 5-part sequential series by Dr. Greg Brigman, Ph.D. The series provides therapists who work in schools with a tested framework to develop a practical and engaging teacher wellbeing program. In Part 5, Dr. Brigman completes the five-lecture series with a look at the role of sleep in bringing us to higher levels of wellness. Dr. Brigman examines ten common myths about sleep, correcting the misconceptions. He discusses the neuroscience of sleep, explains how to nap without ruining sleep drive, and offers a dozen tips for improving both the quantity and quality of sleep. As with the other four lectures in the series, Dr. Brigman illustrates how to facilitate the learning and reviews the “looking good/feeling good” monitoring sheets and other material pertinent to all the lectures.
